Yumi prepared herself for the wolves. The wolves of the forest were intelligent and worked in a pack. Because they were full wolf they could talk as wolves unlike Yumi due to being human as well. In the wolves eyes she was a pathetic half breed. Even though Rudy was also a half breed, they didnt think of him as payhetic cause he had potential as a wolf and could even talk.
