Mike started calling her less and less. He honestly didn't care that he was annoying her, he just didn't have the time to call her most of the time.

There were rumors of a prowler that would call whores and kill them. The prowler had set his eyes on Sue next and called her. He seemed like a nice guy until he would strike.

Sue went to her next job

The man let her in and told her to get comfortable in the other room. He would be in there in a second. There was a bloodstain on the floor in the other room.

Sue noticed the blood and prepared herself

The man returned with a large axe in his hands, ready to use it to kill her. He started swinging at her. He was a very strong man, so it would me impossible for her to overpower him.

Sue dodged an pulled out a dagger from her dress and stabbed him

The man winced in pain, but smacked her aside. As he got ready to make the killing blow on her, a dagger crashed through the window, striking him between the eyes and killing him instantly. From the window, Mike could be barely seen in the shadows. He looked completely different however with a cold look in his eyes, not having the nerdy appearance Sue had seen from him at his home.

Sue sighed and walked back home

Mike stepped in the house and retrieved his dagger from the corpse of the man. Mike worked as an assassin and was hired to kill the man by the head of one of the mafia families, he wasn't actually going out of his way to save Sue, it was just a coincidence she was there at the time.

Mike walked back home after receiving payment for the job and cursed himself for letting Sue see his true face. He had a feeling that she might have questions for him, or might try to rat him out to the guards.

Sue didnt care and waited for her next call

Her next client called her.

Sue went to the house and knocked on the door

The client let her in. Unknown to her, the guards were doing another crackdown on prostitution by order of the governor. Her client was an undercover guard.

Sue had a way of getting guards to let her go. Sue walked in unaware that it was a guard "nice place" Sue said

The guard nodded and got ready to conduct business. A few other guards were waiting in another room, ready to make the arrest.

Sue smiled "what do you want me to do" Sue said

"I want you to put your hands up, you're under arrest." He said. The other guards barged into the room and handcuffed her.

Sue sighed and began to go close to the guard "aww don't be like that" Sue said using her charm and resting her head against his chest

The guard was immune to her charms. All of the guards had been brainwashed by the governor. The guards carried her to the dungeon and locked her in a cell.

Sue sighed as she was in her cell

Suddenly, there were screams coming down from the hall. The guards were being killed.

Sue looked over at the screams

Mike was seen down at the other end of the hall. He was hired to free one of the prisoners. He saw Sue in her cell, but was content to just leave her there. He wasn't being paid to save her, after all.

Sue just watched

Mike freed the prisoner. He had been one of Sue's clients in the past and told Mike to free her as well.

"Forget it. I was paid to get you and only you out. I'm not wasting my time with her." He said. If he left Sue in her cell, there would be no one to let her out as he killed all the guards in the area. It would take months to get more out there.
