The king took her to the castle and showed her their room.

"Most of it was brought in from other kingdoms that I've conquered. Don't mind the servants, they're my many illegitimate children. As soon as they heard they had a king for a father, they came here hoping they could live like royalty, sponging off me. I decided instead of killing them outright, I would put them to work as slaves. The ones that resisted were conscripted into the army and sent off to die in some far off land. Even if they survived a war, I had them killed by my own men and left their corpses to rot."

"oh please don't lie to me. You barely even have much kids. Don't lie to make me feel any special " Sara said. She knew that the king treated his children well since he felt one of them would succeed him. They were the princes and princesses

The king was already at the royal chapel, finishing preparations for the wedding. A servant entered the bedroom with Sara's dress.
