Olin struggled, but managed to get the collar off him.

The moment that Ryo's collar came off he fell unconcious

Olin checked him over. "No....not again..."

Ryo was breathing but did not wake up

Olin picked him up and carried him back to the castle.

After a long time Ryo still didn't wake up

Ryan had become a great mage and was examining his mother. "The collar was what brought mom back, but the soul is slowly leaving now that it is gone. It need something to teather it back and remain inside...normally it would be love...but well...you and mom's relationship wasn't the best even if he tried to help you..." Ryan explained to his grandfather

"Then what can we do? He deserves to live."

Ryan thought. "well we need a new teather...it might be a chance...there is a spell that can send you and mom back into the past....maybe then you can change things. You won't remember anything but your subconsciousness will remember and tell you to change things. You can change your past, but it won't affect the present so when you return you'll remember what your new past was..." Ryan said

"If that's what it will take, then I'll do it."

Ryan prepped the spell and used it on Ryo and Olin

Olin was sent back in time to when Ryo was 12. Ryo was smiling as he was practicing his sword work while with Lucrecia

Olin smiled as he watched.

Ryo noticed Olin and smiled "ah! Lord Olin!" Ryo said as he ran up to him

Olin smiled and patted his head. "How are you, Ryo?"

Ryo smiled "I'm doing well sir" Ryo said

"I see you've been keeping up with your practice." He said, noticing Lucrecia head off.

Ryo smiled and nodded. This was around the time when Ryo would notice Olin's evil, making it hard to suddenly change. Olin's subconcious would have to decide whether it wanted to go further back in time and work on fixing the relationship back when Ryo was younger or try and fix it at the current time

Olin thought hard and settled on going back further, knowing that the evil would make it harder to accomplish his goal.

The spell activated once more and Olin would have found himself with a 7 year old Ryo who was playing with Lucrecia

Olin approached the two.

Ryo looked over at Olin and smiled. "ah its lord olin!" Ryo said looking over at Lucrecia and then back at Olin

Lucrecia waved at her dad as he smiled at Olin, patting his head. "How are you, little one?"

Ryo giggled "I'm doing great!" Ryo said happily

Olin smiled and picked him up in a hug.

Ryo smiled and hugged him back

Lucrecia smiled and waved. "I'm gonna go home now."

"Take care, daughter." He said before sitting down with Ryo, kissing him on the cheek.
